Hi All,

I need help to resolve the below issue.

While doing 201 movemnet type in MB1A for Storage location XXXX automatic batch determination not working.

Steps to replicate:

1. MB1A t-code, enter material, cost center, stiorage location and put * in batch tab. click enter

2. Once entered it is going inside but not displaying the available batch for copy ( Stock availabel on same storage location for batches).

Case studies done:

1. MB1A: It is working for other locations only problem with porticluar storage location XXXX for Mvt 201.

2. MB1A: Raw material batch determination working fine for this storage location XXXX for Mvt 201 only problem with FG material Y.

3. MIGO: it is working fine when we clicked stock determination for same storage location and FG Material Y.

4. MB1B: When we transfer same FG Y with Mvt 311 and 301 batch determination working fine.

I have checked all the SPRO settings and condition record and it seems fine.

Please help me to find out the cause why in MB1A while doing 201 mvt batch determination not happening for FG material.

Thanks,

Arun Kumar

having physical stock does not mean that it is available. see

What does the batch determination log tell you?

Dear Jurgen Sir,

I am attaching the screen shot ( After putiing * below batch tab and enter in MB1A)

I have gone through the link, but my question is if the stock is available for 301  mvt  ( plant to plant transfer) and batch determination works why not for 201 mvt for same material.

Please guide me to solve the issue.

Thanks,

Arun

you have read my blog, so try to proof that SAP  is doing wrong. Show screenshots at evident that the stock is available.

show how your batch determination is setup

if it is specific per movement type, then show how it is for 301 and how it is for 201

right now we do not know much, its a bit like riding a train, at 2 PM everything goes smooth, at 3 PM there is always a crash. The hidden information is that it is a single track and at 3PM there is another train on the track in opposite direction
