GET PERSON even not getting triggered for an employee

Dear Gurus,

This is related to SAP ABAP HR.

There is report to print payslip for employee ( Using Tcode HR forms. It is based on LDB PNPCE.  the report is using INFOTYPES:  0000, 0001, 0008.The Smart form is called in the event      GET PERSON.

For one particular employee the the GET PERSON event is not getting triggered. and the system is returning  the below message

The system has not selected any data

0 personnel numbers were processed successfully

0 payroll results were processed successfully

0 Employees were rejected

Any clue what could have gone wrong.

Functional has check and confirmed that all the data is find in Transaction PA30 .

Please help.

Are you sure it is GET PERSON to get the infotype records for an employee?  I have seen programs  with GET PERNR.

Are you able to seen the employee's records in txn PA20, etc or in SE16  for any PAxxxx table?

Yes...

The we can see that PA20, PA30 shows green ( tick mark ) for infotype 0000,0001 and 0008 which are being used by the program.

Check if all the selection values are satisfied, I think GET will filter out employees who do not meet the selection criteria.
