CO15 Confirmation - Posting actual hours

Hi Friends

I want to post actual labour hours in C015. I dont see any field in C015 to enter actual labour hours manually.

When I use C015 for production order final confirmation, it takes planned hours from the routing master data and post as a actual hours. But I want to enter the actual labour hours in C015 before posting. Is there a way or any other transaction.

CO11N is the only way or is there any other options ?

Hi Vijay,

you are doing the operational level confirmation hence suggesting to use CO11N transaction(Operational confirmation against production order) instead of CO15 header level confirmation)

similarly OPK0 is the transaction code you can choose the screen selection

There is no setting to do that. You can explore BAdI WORKORDER_CONFIRM to create a custom code to do that.

You may use CO11N as advised and probably you can explore configuration OKP0 to change the screen layout accordingly.

It says the transaction code does not exist.

Hello

Please observe that, on transaction CO15, you are posting a confirmation at order level, therefore, you don't have the details of each operation. According to the SAP help, when posting confirmations at order level, the planned values are posted for the operation activities.

Try to use CO11N or CO12, where you can define the actual values for the operation activities.
