detailed authority-check for TA KA03, KAH3

Hi,

validating the authority in KA03 or KAH3 is very simple. The user need the for example the authority object K_CSKA_SET with the correct activity (ACTVT) and the correct chart of account (KTOPL). After a successful authorisation the user is able to see everything. For viewing this is not a problem. For modifying (ACTVT 02) this will be a problem if the data management is decentralized. Is there a way to extend the authority check for a more detailed authority check? For example: to check a cost element depending on the name of the cost element?
