Hello,
I configured the SAP system to automatically send out an E-Mail to the corresponding supportteam via action ZMIN_STD_FIND_TEAM_SEND_EMAIL when a new incident created.
Is it also possible to send a SAP Mail to the inbox of the business workplace of the user (STWB)?

Yes you can do that but you need to have appropriate FM for same, Either you can create it with the help of below link.
