Hi all,
I am working through the SAP B1 academy lessons on the South African demo system. The current exercise requires the following steps:
- Create a recurring meeting activity for a business partner
- view the meeting in the calendar.
all was successful so I started to play around with the Calender. I did the following:
- "remove" my meeting activity
- click on the "show" icons for the various items e.g. phone, meeting, campaign.
all fine. My calendar has removed the meetings
now I see the following:
1. I go to the Business Partner master data -> "view related activities" and my meeting is still scheduled
2. I schedule a new meeting by my calendar does not show anything. I have tried to click the "show meetings" multiple times but there is still no event in the calendar on the particular days.

Have you checked who the meeting/activity is assigned to? Make sure it is assigned to your user, and then make sure you are viewing your calendar by clicking on the calendar settings at the top of the screen.
