Hi SAP Gurus,
APO CTM consistency check is not showing a data error in cases where a purchased item has no valid Purchase info record.
Kindly suggest me valid information and if suitable provide me SAP NOTE.
Babu
Prasad / Babu,
I would not consider "No Purchase Info record' to be a master data consistency issue. It is possible for CTM to create a valid (but unsourced) Purchase Req without a PIR. Some people consider this to be a 'feature', not a 'bug'.
'Wrong Purchase Info record' is pretty vague. Under what circumstances do you consider that a PIR is 'wrong'?
If you need for 'No Purchase Info Record' to generate a CTM consistency error, I believe you will have to resort to an enhancement.

Babu,
If Purchase info record is not valid, we should get master data inconsistency.....
This may be your desire, but this functionality is not included in the CTM Master data consistency program. CTM doesn't have access to PIRs; these only exist in ECC. CTM master data for purchased materials are usually replicated in SCM via Core Interface as 'transportation lane' data.
Can you define exactly what you mean by 'Purchase Info record is not valid', with an example?
