no valid task list for material plant for sale.criteria

Hi Gurus,

My scenario is based on MTO,we run the mrp through MD02. we convert the planned order to production order and I am getting below error

  " no valid task list for material xx in  plant yy for sale.criteria"

but problem is that header mat doesnt contain mat xx but why i am getting this error if the header mat dosnt contain it

This mat has no bom and it doesnt contain in the header material bom so this error should not come

Hi,

check points

you did some bom changes for the header  material

whether you deleted the  halb  component which is throwing error

check whether you are having any alt bom

check bom validity  date of the header material
