Link table portfolio item details and financial planning

Hello PPM experts,

I am working on SAP PPM 5.0.

I have the following question:

How can I link portfolio item data from table /RPM/ITEM_D and financial planning value from table /RPM_FIN_PLAN?

In fact GUID between the 2 tables are different...
