Remove swim lane in UI5 Renewal landing page

HI

We are on EA HR 608 SP 14.

Requirement is to remove MyTimesheet , MyLearning and MyWork Feedbacks swimlane from the ESS renewal landing page.

Since the role being used is SAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_XX_UI5_1 which is a single role ...i am not sure whats the best way to do it.

Please find screenshot of the requirement ..the lanes in red needs to be removed.

I know how to disable personalization but struggling to remove the lanes from the landing page.
