Hi Experts,

I have configured production integration scenario for two ewm managed warehouses. So, one ewm managed warehouse is for warehouse and another ewm managed warehouse is for production supply area. So, when i stage the components for pick parts from CO02 after releasing production order - it is creating outbound delivery in ECC and the same is getting distributed to EWM but showing below error log - which is causing to get struck in inbound queues.  Please help me in this issue.

Log:

Could not create header data delivery 0080001063, system ERP_001

An error occurred during validation of the object

Cannot create item 000010 of delivery 0080001063 from system ERP_001

Field Item: Production Supply Area is a required field for the action 020

Please check if your material is batch managed, if yes & its failing in EWM. have a look on SNOTE 2947799

Hello Srini,

I suppose this is a production supply or consumption for production? In this case use transaction /SCWM/PSA_REPLICATE to generate the mapping between ERP PSA and EWM PSA.

Hi,

1. Maintain the correct control cycle in ECC.

2. In EWM transaction /SCWM/PSASTAGE maintain the same information along with the PSA storage bin what you maintaining in Control cycle. Also if you dont know min/max quantities keep it blank. If you dont want to keep it material specific just maintain one entry with blank material number and PSA storage bin.

Thats all, it will work...

Sandip is correct, the delivery (more likely production associated) will mandatory requires PSA in the header level (Table LIKP). If there is no PSA information. Normally EWM won't be able to translate it properly thus stuck in the queue.

Since it has been stuck in the queue, you will have to debug the queue through. At the same time, make sure remind production to put right PSA in the confirmation or mandatory checking the CC before releasing production order to avoid this errors.

Field Item: Production Supply Area is a required field for the action 020, this is a mandatory field as per standard EWM document types.

Please check your PSA settings.

Please check your profiles assigned to your document type in EWM. If you have incorrect profile in Action normally you get this error. Give a careful look to document type you configured and their profiles assigned.

Profiles are maintained properly for document types. Not sure why it is causing the error.

Hi Srini,

PSA is mandatory for Production relevant deliveries, it has to be determined otherwise you will not be able to process further. The reason could be :

_ you might have not migrated your PSA from ECC to EWM

_you also need to make sure your control cycles are done properly for your materials and along with relevant PSA
