Hi,
I have an issue with the bin denial exception codes BIDP & BIDF.
In my tests I have other available stock in the warehouse, but after processing the bin denial a new task is NOT created.
I have seen this working properly, whereby a task to pick the remaining qty is created and immediately presented to the operator (ie it is added to the WO).
Has anyone had a similar problem?
Just wondering if there is a setting hidden somewhere that might be causing this.....
Any hints or tips appreciated.
