Sybase Replication server Sp135 uninatallation

Hi ,

We are facing issue in SRS and I have uninstalled using sapinst. I have tried to install the SRS again on primary host but we are facing issue while installation saying database is already in HADR mode.

Please let us know what cleanup we need to do on primary DB level.

Thanks for the update!

I have installed/configured SRS on SAP application , I have done uninstallation of SRS with sapinst tool. Uninstallation was successful but still I could start fresh installation because of the above issue.

In HADR user guide, it states

sap_teardown automatically:

1. Demotes the source Adaptive Server, if the source host (the machine on which Adaptive

sp_hadr_admin 'standby'

2. Drops all servers from the HADR server list on both Adaptive Servers:

sp_hadr_admin dropserver

3. Drops the HADR group from both servers:

sp_hadr_admin dropgroup

4. Disables HADR on both servers:

sp_configure ‘HADR mode’, -1

5. Disables CIS RPC Handling:

sp_configure ‘cis rpc handing’, 0

Manually executes the steps to see if they can clear the leftover.
