Questions on SAPUI5 (without relation to a specific platform like MII) are for the SAPUI5 DC. Those that relate to a specific environment like MII should remain in the MII community.
You should be able to find a good amount of content on CRUD operations in MII, but you will need to be more specific. MII can do the updates to databases, ERP, various other data stores. It may turn out that you do not want to do your updates via SAPUI5, but through other methods in MII (like BAPI or webservices). Or you may want to use SAPUI5 to execute those other methods.
I would suggest that you search in the SCN MII community for other posts on SAPUI5 to see what methods other folks have used. I have attached a really helpful custom Google search url to make it easier, but regular Google searches should be fine for this purpose.
Then I suggest that you spend some time in the MII community reading their blogs and documents. It is a specialized tool and using SAPUI5 without understanding MII is a waste of your time (and mine ).
