synching magento to SAP business by design

Hello community,

    I am a newbie in this topic. I would like to know how much SAP Business By design supports a Magento shop integration. Is it possible to sync each data (customer data, sales order data, product data etc) both ways between Magento and SAP Byd. We would like to develop an interface in Magento to connect to SAP Byd. Your comments are greatly appreciated.
