Also, I would strongly advise you to read book "Next Generation ABAP Development" by SAP Press.

you could start with basic ABAP courses: BC400, BC410, BC402.

But it's better to find a mentor with will guide you in ABAP discovering and helps you to get familiar with real issues. This approach will be the most effective.
