Background job alerts issue in Solman 7.1

Hello Experts,

We have Solution manager 7.1 SP10  to monitor the systems in our landscape and all the setup has been done. Now we are not receiving cancelled background jobs(only) alerts for some managed systems. And one strange thing is, alerts are triggering for client 100 and not for client 450 in same manged system(PD1).

I could see the warning for ST_PI_CLNT450_60 extractor below

I have compared the roles assigned to the users which are configured in RFC connections and tried to assign SAP_ALL, but none of them work.

So, I am wondering how could this happen in PD1 system if the configuration is incorrect it should not trigger alerts for 100 client also. I want to understand what are client dependent settings can affect the alerts.

Hi Prem,

Can you verify RFC's between PD1(450) and solman are working fine with appropriate authorization.

Hi Prem,

In addition to Jaskirat's query, Please check the resource cap , check how much of wps are occupied via SM_EFWK or SOLMAN_BTC users.

I guess data connector configuration is fine only.

RFC connections are working fine and no authorization issues, even i tried with sap_all profile.
