Hi Krishna,

Where are you trying to open the report in the webI rich client or BI launchpad?

Is the issue report specific

Is IFRS and OFRS running

Suggest you to look at

1942884 - BI 4.1 - "An error occured at session creation" while
opening WebI in 3-tier mode

Hope this helps

Hi Krishna,

At which point does thye application fail? Do you get the login screen or the application will crash on launch itslef?

Secondly is it the client tool at you are trying to access (Webi Rich Client) or you are trying to open webi in launchpad

Have you check the SIA is it up and running on the server do you see cms.exe running?

Hi Krishna,

You need to upgrade the client to SP05. SAP always recomends to have server and client tools patched to the same level. Upgrade and then check it shall resolve the issue
