Add new search criteria for incident management 7.1



someone can please help me on below.

we are using solution manager 7.1 (SP8). we need to get customer last changed date for the incident search criteria.

My Requirement is to filter messages which was closed(Proposed Solution/Customer Action/Confirmed) for a given period of time.

There may be a way to take it from standard search criteria. i am not aware of that
