I have a requirement to make HTTP call on certain frequency from PI to hit an API and pull details from there.

you Can soap adapter with AXIS Protocol.

We are using PI 7.31. In our scenario we need to pull from Sender level and after processing data should be posted to ECC.
Which version of PI installed in landscape?
In latest versions you can configure soap adapter/Rest adapter to pull the data using AXIS protocol
