We have an issue wherein the requested delivery date in the IDOC is not correcly reflected in the Customer Requested Delivery Date in the sales order created. The expectation is that the date in the IDOC must be reflected in the Customer Requested Delivery Date.
The challenge here is that the issue is not replicated in QA and we cannot point out the real root cause of the issue. Plus, not all IDOCs in production is having issues on the sales order created , there are correct ones and seldom only we have incorrect ones, so the issue is somewhat intermittent. We already did a lot of comparison and code read/debug but still no use in identifying the root cause of the issue. We cannot debug this in production due to the risk it might take.
In line with this, I would like to ask what could be the factors need to be considered in this kind of issue that we possibly missed in our analysis? Are there possible configurations we can look into?
