Working on Strategy 63 in case of MTS. In this case I wanted to treat PIR as work center capacity. Means when sales order comes ATP should confirm based on available capacity (PIR). This works fine.
1. If I use this strategy (63) then sales order does get confirm consuming PIR, even-though I have stock in place. So my requirement is if stock is there then SO shouldn't consume PIR but instead confirm based on stock availability.
2. We are in business of powder. So we pack powder based on business requirements. each packing style is different FG product in system. We keep SFG in stock and when customer order comes we do packing(10KG/ 20KG etc...) and that become FG product. On single work center we do packing of all style. Now when we maintain our capacity as (PIR) for 1 product (10 kg) but when order comes for second product (20 kg) then if no PIR for 20 kg product then it should consume 10 kg PIR. Since still I have capacity to pack.
Is it possible using strategy 63. If not what is an option?
