HR Processes & Form: Update PERNR in Case Management.


Dear experts

We have created a HR P&F using FPM form without using SAP_PA back-end service to update Infotype. The reason we haven't used standard BS to call custom RFC FM which is designed in old infotype framework meaning it use "HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA" FM to create 0000,0001,0002...etc

The form has two step process.

Step 1: Local HR admin fill the form and send to HR Admin

Step 2: HR Admin will review the data and submit.

We are calling custom RFC at the 2nd step which create record in all hire infotypes and return new PERNR.

Everything is working fine expect the PERNR is not updated in SCASE, as a result we couldn't able to search document with PERNR. Attached the screenshot for a quick ref.

Can anyone help to know what's the class which create document in CASE management. Can we include implicit enhancement to update PERNR forcefully.

Any help on this will be highly appreciate
