error in system monitoring

Hi all,

Following status are in RED status in System availability, System Performance & System Exceptions.

a. Status propagated from Technical Issue.

b. Status propagated from Database.

Please suggest some option to resolve the same & i have checked the alert it is showing application tc~lm~itsam~cdp~cdp_ws~client~proxy failed to start.
