Method HF_SET_STATUS doesnt work

Hi Expeerts,

I am trying to change ticket status from 'New' to In Process using method:HF_SET_STATUS but its giving a error

Configuration is fine

Development:  Method call: HF_SET_STATUS and Processing Parameters: USER_STATUS Initial value E0002.

Conditions are also maintaned properly

Also, i cheked processing log but its empty.

Same action works fine for email notification.

Could someone please help me on above issue.

Dear Rahul,

i have faced the same issue this is pure Authorization issue, please check SU53 screen asap when you get this error. provide required roles.

A. SAP_SMWORK_BASIC_INCIDENT

B. SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN

C. SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO

D. SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO_PROC

I am sure your problem will be resolved.

Hi,

Incidnet management will follow the status profiles mainly, please check from and to value for the status, check for your authorizations and please let me know the error you are facing.

Hi Rahul,

Are you working with Urgent change. Can you share the error that you are getting while trying to change the status. It will be helpful to investigate.
