How to set hash values behind index.html in web ide

Dear colleagues,

I am wondering whether there is any possible to set the hash value of an index.html from SAP Web IDE?

e.g. I want to test /.../index.html#notes/123456 where 123456 is the SAP Notes number. How can I set this as startup hash parameter?

I know there is a functionality called "run configurations ", but this not what I want. This can only set like "/.../index.html?para1=123456".

Thanks to the team of WEB IDE, now it is possible to utilize hash parameters into URL. Please see pic as following:

Then it will show like the following,

But I am still lost how to deploy into launchpad.
