Hi Experts

we have locked investment program and related Position ID in IM22 tcode for the year 2015

still in IMA11 it allows us to create appropriation request for same Inv Program and Position ID which was locked.

how to make the user aware that FY2015 is no longer available or how to stop users from creating AR using IMA11

Dear Kartik,

did your position ID already assigned to appropriation request ?

if not, try to untick appropriation request (allowed measures button) in IM22
