Hi Friends,

There will be HCI release in Nov for SF EC Integration.

But could you please let me know what are the options available for complete SF EC Integration with ERP HCM.

Please consider Employee is controlled totally from SF.

Hi Alim,

If your customer is keeping SAP ERP HCM and also implementing SuccessFactors then they can use the packaged integrations for the Side-by-Side model.

if your customer is replacing SAP ERP HCM but keeping SAP ERP modules that need employee and/or organizational data then there are also packaged integrations available.

Right now they are available for the Dell Boomi AtomSphere middleware and some are available on the SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI) middleware. See http://service.sap.com/ec-ondemand and http://service.sa.com/hr_integration for more details. You can also build your own integrations with the OData API. Details are found in http://service.sap.com/ec-ondemand and http://service.sa.com/hr_api

Thanks Luke.

We are using Side by Side model where OM, PA, TM, Payroll is processed in ERP HCM and Hiring, Leave Application etc from SF EC and other SF modules like Comp, Rec, Onboarding, LMS, PM/GM all dependent on SF EC for employee data.

We want changes in SF to flow to ERP HCM and vice versa and client has bought HCI license only.

We understood that HCI TMS package will transfer data from ERP HCM to SF but not other way.

Please advise how we go forward considering client not ready for BOOMI and timelines are strict.

Hi Alim,

Side-by-Side model integration is not fully available on HCI as far as I am aware, but I believe it should be available by the end of the year. There is a packaged integration for data flow from SuccessFactors to SAP ERP HCM using HCI.

Best regards,

Luke
