We are facing an issue in the workflow mail generated after leave approval in SAP Employee self service system. The issue is if employee is applying for a long leave say from 21.07.2015 to 27.07.2015 both day included. When the leave is approved , a workflow mail is generated by system. The text should be like "Your mail from 21.07.2015 to 27.07.2015 has been approved " , but the text which is actually coming up is "leave requested by you , for period 21.07.2015 & 27.07.2015 has been approved." which is wrong. Please advise how and where to change this text. ASAP.
