SUI Rate IN SAP and BSI

I need help.

We have maintained SUI for state of Mississippi in both V_BTXRATE Table and in BSI.

At both places the max wage is 14,000 and rate is 0.86%.

When we are running payroll the max SUI Rate is calculated at $147 instead $120.40 (0.86% of 14000).

I checked both V_BTXRATE and BSI Unemployment Override and they look identical.

When I copied SAP BSI Interface into text file and ran that directly in BSI as Batch Test, it did calculate at $120.40.

I am not understanding why SUI Rate Calculation in SAP is different than calculation in BSI.

Please let me know if anyone has some idea.
