SAP Production order header status table

Dear Gurus,

     i would like to know how we can track the status change of production order, like in my project some user changed the status to TECH. How can i track who changed it and when.

Hi Vignesh,

If you are looking for the table, it's JCDS. There you have all the history of status change by object. Browse it with your order header object number (AUFK-OBJNR) and the wished status internal code (TJ02T-ISTAT).

But in our project we didn't activated the change document for production order, so let me see what i can do.

The most simple way is to activate the changes documents as it was already explained. Otherwise you might add a customer own logic in user exit like explained in note 390635

     Thank you for your suggestion, but unfortunately in our project we didn't assigned the change document for production order.

     Any way let me see what other options are there.

Hello,

In order to activate status management you may configure the below in OPL8 for your production order type and plant that would help you in production order tracking in future.

For now, I am afraid how you would find out who changed the order, may be BASIS Consultant can help in tracking from system audit logs.
