I created a report with a specific layout (as a user) via SAP BO.
As consultant we released (in BOP) new fields that the user needs for his analysis in a specific report, the problem is that: when the user tries to relaunch the query, by using the report layout he created and also wants to add the fields we released the day before, he cannot. He do not see them as available and then he cannot add them to the layout he saved earlier.
This is quite strange actually. The point is, the user may see the added fields just if he recreates a new layout from the beginning? May I fix this? there is any way to solve this issue? How is it possible that he cannot add new available fields to an existing layout but just from a new one?
If you have any ideas or previous experience, please let me know.
