Exception when creating User

Hi Team

I am trying to modify a user id(Already existing on Portal and SAP Backend system) with new roles but i am getting below message in Audit logs.

Techincally user is getting modified in Portal and SAP system but there is error in GRC audit logs and SLG1 whch impacts the notification email as

Provisioning failed; check provisioning log for details.

Can anyone help me to avoid it.
