SAP CR Content version 9.12 in LMDB lower than source 11.3

Former Member

Got the error "SAP CR Content version 9.12 in LMDB lower than source 11.3" while setting up LMDB.

Checked SAP Notes 1891566, but the correction note is for SP03 to SP09.

Is there a fix for Solman 7.1 SP13 ? Thank you

Hi welly,

First of all check whether your CR content is corrupted or not.

Kindly follow the sapnote http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1939864 to check the corruption on CR Content.

Also do paste the job log for the same.

HI Welly,

We have resolved the issue following OSS notes 1891566 - Repair of LMDB CR Content and 1093168 - Repair of SLD CR content.

First you have to create a referral namespace inorder to repair the SLD CR content, follow KBA 1093198. Once done, follow KBA 1891566 and run the program RLMDB_SAP_CR_REPAIR_LMDB in solution manager system as a background job. It will take long time to finish.

Stop/Start the SLD system.

Delete the referrence namespace you have created.

Re-run step 6.1 and activate the SYNC job between SLD and LMDB.

Let me know if you face any further issue.

Reward me points if it is helpful.

Hi Amit, i did it differently. I deleted the SLD namespace, and the initial sync restarted. Then I patch the CR to SLD one by one to version 11. Now incremental synch to LMDB is running. I did not have to run RLMDB_SAP_CR_REPAIR_LMDB.

Best regards

Welly

Hi Welly,

1. It seems you have changed the LMDB Data Source as earlier there might be different SLD(with 9.13 CR content version) was connected to the LMDB.

2. Or there could be chances like LMDB-SLD connectivity was removed and then SLD CR content was upgraded to 11.3 and then you are trying to setup SLD-LMDB sync again.

Please check and revert if there is something like this.

Thank you Jaskirat.

It started with this error:

SAP CR Content version 7.6 too loold; import at least 10.7 (SAP Note 669669)

Then I upgraded the CR content of SLD to 11.3. Now I am experiencing the sync error with LMDB.

Hi Welly,

I have faced the same issue earlier and I would like to have below information. Please check and revert.

Did you remove the LMDB-SLD connectivity before this SLD CR content upgrade?

Is there any changes done in system recently like upgrade etc

Can you upload error screenshot (where you are getting error "SAP CR Content version 9.12 in LMDB lower than source 11.3")

and also please provide the latest job logs for LMDB synch job (SAP_LMDB_LDB_*).

Hi,

Had you checked the notes 1962139.

Please follow as, in solman_setup-> Setup lmdb

Just check if you have the synchronization connection there in bw SLD and LMDB. Only create but do not activate it yet.

After that run the report RLMDB_SAP_CR_REPAIR_LMDB, it will take some time.

Now go back to setup lmdb, activate the sycnhronization. Just see if it work.

Thanks

Thanks Rishav. Confirmed, I hv read 1962139. that is where I got Note 1891566.
Ran the report RLMDB_SAP_CR_REPAIR_LMDB, and tried activating the sync connection, but failed. Tried this 3 times.
