Thanks for your reply michal,

For all services it is giving same error,

I have checked the destinations, all are fine.

In SICF all services activated but when I click on Test Service it is not opening.

Hi ,

Thanks for reply.

Please check user mapping between two systems is configured or not.

     (e.g.  EP's EP_ADMIN is mapped with backend ECC's EP_ADMIN)

Hi,

In order to investigate properly you should provide the errors that are generated in the trace file when the issue occurs.

Moreover, please answer to all the questions raised until now - does all the content not working? or only this entry?

What exactly this content is?

You get different issue than the one reported at the beginning.... is it on the same content?

If this is an Application Integration iView (AI), check the system property, to understand what system it uses. Then go to the System Landscape Overview, and check whether the system with this alias is actually configured properly (you can also test the connection - there is an editor for that).

If this content uses destinations, please check the destination configuration via NWA.

You can also provide HTTPWatch trace in order to check what request fails.

Thanks & regards,

Michal

Hi vamsi,

Thanks for reply.

Except COLLECTIONS tab other tabs are working or not?

Have you checked backend services are activated or not in SICF for PPM?

Please also check cross host entries are maintained at both servers ( EP & ECC ) with Basis team.

From screen shot it seems to be backend connectivity issue nothing else.

This might be get resolved by maintaining host entries or service activation.

Please reply with default trace if you face same problem after checking.

Krunal

Dear Vamshi,

Hope you are doing good.
Usually these are the ones:

PPM_WD_MODELDATA_DEST
PPM_WD_RFC_METADATA_DEST
WD_ALV_METADATA_DEST

Please go through the guide for more details.

Hope this helps.

hi Vamshi,

Can you please check your SLD connection and all the JCO for your PPM are in green status.

I guess your SLD connection is broken.

Dear Vamshi,

Hope you are doing good.

Ram is correct; please check the SLD connection. You can do a manual trigger to SLD again  and then check the destinations.  Most likely they will be failing.

When you login to the SLD, can you see the destinations of the satellite server there?

Hope this helps.

Hi Vamshi,

The exception you found is not related to the error you are getting.

You should look for the exception ID that is mentioned in the screen shot.

The error in the trace that you provided is related to the Federated Portal Network configuration page, to manage FPN connections.

Please provide full stack trace that is related to the exception ID.

Thanks & regards,

Michal
