Need the URL for SMP 3.0

Hi ,

I have installed a SMP 3.0 server and configured a ODATA service URL there. ( see the screen shot)

Now I need to access the  SMP 3.0 URL for the external sysem ( see the screen shot)

I am not able to establish the connecton for SMP 3.0 URL

I am giving an URL like this

[http://XX.X.XXX.XXX:8080/com.sap.sampleflighcapsel

wheere  XX.X.XXX.XXX is the  System  IP address  ( a I have configured SMP server locally) and 8080 is port number

(com.sap.sampleflighcapsel   is the Application I configured in SMP )

Please let me know how to give the exact URL for SMP.

I tried all options.

even tried

https://adminib-xxx:8080:com.sap.sampleflighcapsel     .still its not correct.

I have put no athorization check in SMP .

Please let me know how to give the exact URL.

Hi Shreedhar,

You can remove WORKORDERSet from the URL defined under 'BACKEND' tab. Also, you cant access backend info directly, you need to on-board a device/user on SMP first and then you can request for backend info.

Make sure you are able to ping app id created in Admin cockpit (check step #2 as mentioned in below blog)

I also suggest you to follow same blog Register the Application ID to check how an app can be on-boarded to SMP server. (here i have selected 'INTERNAL' checkbox since my OData URL is exposed via Integration Gateway, in your case you dont need to do it)

PS: By looking at screenshot, i can easily guess that you are not working on latest SMP server SP08 release. It is always advisable to play with latest realese to avail latest features.
