Change employee data

Hello,

As an administrator, I am trying to change an employee email address in C4C. I tried in employee section & business users section. Email address is greyed out and I can not change it anywhere. Any idea how we can change it?

Hey Jan

It seems you have checked the option "replicate employees from ERP/CRM" in scoping questionnaire. You should edit the scoping and unchecked the option as mentioned above. You will be able to edit and create employees in C4C.

Is your tenant integrated to any other system (ERP or CRM)?

Hi Adrian,

as far as I know it is NOT possible for end users to maintain there own email adresses.

I suppose this is partly due to security concerns as it is possible to reset the password via a security token send to the email adress assigned to an employee/business user.

Please attach a screenshot of the problem.

I am able to access employee records as an admin in the Silverlight UI and able to maintain changes to the information.
