Hi Vishnu,

--> Did you check if any object is locked?

--> Clear runtime cache and try to open it.

--> integartion process [All objects] are activated successfully or not?

--> Last option [Full cache refresh and server restart]

All these stange issue may be cleared after restarting the server.

Hi Vishnu,

Did you restarted the server?

If you still facing the same issue, i request you to create new integartion process and try to open it.

Are you facing this issue only for one integration process or for all the interfaces.?

Did you check wether the object is locked in administartion tab?

Go to SXI_CACHE -->  go to integration process --> check whether your integration process is reflected or not --> if it is present please re-activate the integration process.

Do the full cache refresh.

Activate the integration process related objects both in ESR and ID and run the scenario.

Cache updation issue:

I request you to check the HTTP connection "INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI" in SM59 and to the conenction test. it should return HTTP code : 500

If there SP compatibility issues check with your basis team to make all the components on the same SP.

Hi Bhargava,

I have restarted the Server, Still facing same issue.

I am facing this issue with only one Integration process. remaining Integration process are working fine.

No locks in Administration Tab.

I have reactivated the Integration Process.

Cache is Up To Date.

" I request you to check the HTTP connection "INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI" in SM59 and to the conenction test. it should return HTTP code : 500 "

in my situation it is showing 200 OK code.

Last option - I need to check all components are in same SP or not...

Hello Vishnu,

All the above errors are due to Integration Builder being not open along with Enterprise Services Repository. I suggest you to perform all the mentioned operations only when both ESR and IB are open.

Kind Regards,

Souvik

Hi,

is your system newly installed? what is the version and SP?

you might need to check your components and see if there is any inconsistency. if it is make everything in same SP. i was getting one of your error.

else i would request you to create a ticket to SAP.

Regards,

Muni.
