Sales Org field is two digits in BPMon

Hi All,

I am configuring Business process monitoring in the system.I want to select the Sales order based on Sales organisation.

In the Search help of the Sales org, i am able to see only two digits, whereas the sales organisation is 4 digit long.When i try to select the sales organisation from the search help(F4 help) ,i get the dump and error  ASSIGN_BASE_WRONG_ALIGNMENT.The  error analysis  mentions

' the source data object has an invalid memory alignment, that is  an alignment not divisible by 2'.

Can you please suggest if i need to implement any SAP notes to fix  this.

With the help of ABAPER, can you check if RFC_READ_TABLE is being used as fm for calling the sales org table also it depends on the size of that table and in addition to that limitation of this FM.
This need to be resolved basically with ABAP team only .  Also it uses SAP Standard RFC to read the data
I don’t think much can be done here from solman perspective.

Thanks for your reply to this query.I have also searched for notes on the same issue, but i am not able to find a relevant note for BC-WD component, the one which is an issue in my case.

I will work with the ABAP team and get this issue resolved

Hi,

The client has a  non-unicode system and the issue as per  communication  from SAP is because i am  doing  configuration on the non-unicode sysem.Hence f4 help does not give 4 digit field.

However post some fixing from SAP development team, it is allowing to manually maintain 4 digits directly.I have manually maintained the 4 digits in the field.

Hi Ricardo,

No, not much of progress on that.I have already scanned the existing notes and also raised a ticket with SAP on this.Will definitely post here once i get an update or  resolution
