Confirmation status issue in SAP SRM 7.01

Hi Gurus,

We have an issue with confirmation status in SRM system..

Cancelled confirmation status is still in "Awaiting Approval" status, and from ME22 we can able to see the cancelled confirmation.

Can anyone please help us in changing the status of confirmation to cancelled. I have check the reports "CLEAN_REQREQ_UP" and "BBP_GET_STATUS_2" and they are working fine.

Hello sanjay,

Did you try to edit the confirmation and reconfirm it?

It happens sometimes when back-end system is not reachable.

Like you said that the jobs are running .. did you check if they are running and completing successfully sometimes long run of the jobs also cause these issues ..

So , Please check if the job ran successfully?

If this is a case for one of the GR documents or all ?

Also check the IDOC in ECC and SRM was sent out successfully

If no issues found on any of the points above . Then refer to the note and see if this helps :

Note 644963 - Regenerating BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB entries

338985 - BBPCF & IV: incorrect IDocs in backend system

535765 - Too many entries in BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB

Hi Vinita,

As you said I have checked the Jobs and dont find any issue with Job execution.

This is happening for couple of confirmations but not for all... I have also checked IDOC's in both SRM and ECC systems.. thing is I DONT SEE ANY LOGS IN WE02/WE05. Not sure why log is maintained for those confirmations..

How can i troubleshoot this further? No IDOC logs, jobs execution is fine...

Attaching screenshot, please suggest further steps...

i see the the status as error in process. please check RZ20  for confirmations under B2B monitors
