Create a project using standard WBS at appropriation request

Hi,

I need to create a project from an appropriation request using standard WBS template on SAP R/3 4.6C?

I understand that this functionality is available as of 4.7.

I there any work around or a service pack (patch) that can be applied to solve this problem?

Unfortunately the answer is no.

Perhaps a look into SAP-note #841694 can give You an idea.
