column is not displayed in a BPs list

Dear all

i am trying to display a BPs list and i have selected to display the Sales person code but it is not displayed.

while i select to group by the sales person, the list displayes the BPs grouped by the sales person

do you have any idea?

Hi Vasilieous

Go To form settings

Select BPcode in the Field name

Tickmark the Display  & click Ok button

i have done it. i have put in form settings the BP code and the sales person. in the list the sales person is not displayed

Select Sales Employee code ...This will be ur sales person name which will display in BP list

Hi,

I hope You are talking about "List of Business Partners" window and Columnar heads available in the list.

If you Select "Sales Employee Code" in form settings > Field Name and Tick "Display Descr., then it should show Sales Employee Name in "List of Business partners" Window.

Grouping is Something Different.

If you Group total list based on anyvalue, all BPs will be grouped based on the value.

i have selected the checkbox but it is not displayed

i cannot post the screenshot now because my colleague works with thie username

with other usernames the column is displayed.

The problem is with thie username only...

This user id has rights / authority to see Sales employees??

Please compare the rights of user who can see the Sales employee name and who can't see the name.
