Hi All,

When scheduling Info Package, in PSA i am getting the messages as mentioned below

Data Package 000001 : sent, not arrived

Info IDoc 1 : sent, not arrived ; Data passed to port OK

Note : when schedule the same InfoPackage previously it worked without any error messages. After deleting old request and trying to schedule the same Infopackage , above mentioned messages are showing .

I checked Source System and BW Connections and found that connection is fine.

Could anyone suggest correct solution.

Thanks in Advance

Regards,

Sreeni

Hi Sreeni,

Please check the Idocs are processed successfully or not, you can check these in environment tab of IP monitor. If not, process them manually.

May be your PSA is inconsistent due to old request deletion. Check the consistency of PSA in RSRV or also go through the below sap notes. you can adjust the PSA using SE14 t/code.

1224450 - Logical Deletion of the Requests in PSA Table

1150724 - Consolidated note on the check & repair reports for PSA.

Even you can use RSAR_PSA_CLEANUP_DIRECTORY program to check PSA.

Vengal.

Hi,

There could be multiple reasons for this error.

Check server time between these systems. Both should be in sync.

Check partner profiles of the logical systems in sm59. Ensure RFC destination is mapped correctly.

Check idoc status in bd87 accordingly take actions.

Check no of dialog and background work process allocated. Also Max connections between system in sm59.

Check in system and application log of respective systems.

Thanks,
Vimal
