Hi Kim,
Check that the Characteristics are defined and assigned to class type 013(SAP_KKR_CLASS). Check the values allowed for the characteristic in its master data.
Now in the order with error : Go to Extras->Classification and the characteristics should be listed here. Give values to those.

Hi Kim,
Pls. give the screen of "Extras->Classification" of order master data.
The config path is : Spro->Controlling->Internal orders -> Order master data-> Selection and Collective processing -> Maintain user defined characteristics (Classification)
Put "SAP_KKR_CLASS" in "include characteristics in class" and view the "Char"tab. Double click on each value to view its data.
Compare the Char values with Extras-> Classification value.

Hi Jae,
I can see that the existing master data fields are used as classification characteristics. Pls.inform whats the business need to include existing master fields. Note that classification functionality is used for selection/summarizations screens for order collective processing (to group together similar assets). Usually if business wants to group based on non-master record fields then need to define the user defined characteristics for needed order types.
Cheers,
Hi Jae,
When you are encountering these error, I mean in which field in the master data. I do not think it is classification activating in the order type.

Mukthar

Hi Mukthar,
The error is encountered when trying to save the internal order. System does not specifically identify the exact field that needs valid value (Message No, 00 0002).
I just compared the order type with others, and the only difference is the classification selection. If the classification is not selected, the internal order is created/saved without errors.
Best regards,
Jae
