How do I pass null value in Inputstring [SAP Design Studio 1.6]

I want to check for <null> values in global script variable Inputstring. Not sure how to do that.

I'm wondering what the business reason is behind this - why not do what Karthik recommends here in the edit>initial view? See https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3958470

Dimension value is null and it has measure associated with .

ex:

Account Amount

null -8000

900 10000

901 20000

...

I can replace null in universe with some value but was checking if i can do in design studio so don't have to update universe.

Hi Arun,

This is more of a data integrity issue. I would suggest updating your universe to display the required dimension replacement value for null.

Just out of curiosity, under what circumstances do you end up with an amount associated with a null account?

Regards,

Mustafa.
