Updating and registering Crystal Reports


I need to update to the latest and greatest version available for Crystal Reports XI. We currently have installed. One of our clients also uses Crystal Reports and they have informed us that we are several versions behind. They currently have the 14.0.4 version installed. I would have assumed that since we just purchased Crystal Reports last month, that we would have received the latest version; was that not the case? I Found an update option in the Menu bar, but it requires our product to be registered. So I guess the first step is to register our 11.5 version and then update it to the latest. Can someone guide me in the right direction for this register/update process?
