portal can not access the internet

Hi,

I'm trying to create URL iView that will access an internet web site but it seems to have an access problem.

There isn't any proble to access the internet through the portal server via IE.

Does anyone know if there should be any configuration and/or proxy setting on the application server that will enable the portal to access the web.
