Earn Value Analysis and POC for Project

Dear All,

I am new to SAP Project System. In my current project I want to configured the Earn Value Analysis and POC for construction project.

I have referred scn help, other related post and SAP Best Practice Guide (445), unable to figure out, how POC and Earn Value Worked exactly. I am clear about configuration as per best practice but not able to use it.

I would request you all expert, to help me out to configure and use the Earn Value Analysis and POC for Projects. It will be helpful if any step by step guide and end document if you can provide me.
