I am not very familliar with Solution Manager, but the moderator mentioned standard Earlywatch reports. I will appreciate any further information about how to pursue this data. There is a new and wonderful concept of UPL(usage and procedure logging) being introduced which captures all the user activities on a system.
Example which transaction of FI being used and no. of times
This is utilized by Solman to check and build report based upon the usage of data eg

hope this clarifies the concept of UPL and how it can help you to achieve what you want to do.
Thanks
