How to do system copy in sybase database ?

Hi Experts,

We are using sybase 15.7 database version. We need to restore the PRD backup in our QAS system. Please let me know the pre-requisites of this database restore activity. Also please clear my doubt that we have different SIDs for both systems. How database with PRD SID will restore with QAS SID.
